Stephen Leahey
Stephen brings a wealth of experience earned through 20 years in manufacturing, consulting, and commercial product development.
Stephen’s experience includes the development and manufacture of telecommunications devices, both onshore in Australia and in mainland China and contributing to ACMA standards working groups for the Australian National Broadband Network (NBN). During his Leadership career, he has coached teams to deliver several high-profile systems including:
- Utility devices
- Medical devices
- IoT devices
- Power electronics for manufacturing industries
His hands-on approach to engineering leadership has guided the Exa team to become a trusted, long-term development partner to a diverse range of clients, including start-ups, government organisations, and multinationals.
